Join us on 30 November to meet the Choba Choba farmers from Peru and taste their chocolate in the Choba Choba Chocolate Revolution. They will share their knowledge and techniques; you will literally taste through the different stages of chocolate production (non- and fermented cacao beans, cocoa powder, chocolate etc.).
