At Nestlé, Souad led the project on regenerative agriculture and was in charge of the reporting process strategy and execution for key indicators related to regenerative agriculture on a global level.
Sustainability has always been an integral part of her life. Her mother, who grew up on a farm in the Moroccan Atlas, taught her the value of nature and resources, instilling in her a deep respect for the environment and the importance of preserving it for future generations. These early life experiences, combined with her education, have further strengthened Souad’s commitment to sustainability.
