B.Change is a peer-to-peer learning format initiated by GreenBuzz Zurich. 8-10 sustainability professionals come together once per month at lunchtime for 6-8 months, share their individual (sustainability / business) cases with each other, and help each other to come up with solutions. 

The goal of the sessions

The aim is to drive learning and innovation by connecting to other professionals who share a common purpose with you (to drive sustainability forward in your organisations and / or society), and to help you to solve concrete challenges in your work.

The expectations

HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE is the primary guideline for the sessions.  And in order to get there a few elements are important: dare to challenge each other, put expertise together and share openly in order to come to better solutions.

The meetings will take place under Chatham House Rules. This means that by participating, you agree to protect the identities of the other participants.

What you can expect to gain from the experience personally Aside from solving problems, we aim to allow you as individuals the possibility to acquire skills, competencies, and experiences that are important for leadership and innovation: – Active listening, empathy, challenge and constructive inquiry – Creative thinking and problem solving – Analysis and synthesis – Collaboration to develop new interventions – Professional networking

Starting session date / time: Wednesday, October 30th (12.00 – 13.30), further sessions on the last Wednesday of each month in November, January, February, March, April, and May (of course it’s okay if you miss one or two sessions due to work commitments or holidays).
