Ed Winters will talk about how our diet can be a powerful tool for fighting climate change.

We are delighted to have the Christmas Dinner at the ‘Wirtschaft Ziegelhütte’ in Zürich Schwamendingen – a beautiful restaurant at the edge of the woods with its own garden with a focus on local food and ingredients.
