Thematic Event: The Social Impact of the Pandemic – A Business Perspective
9th December 2021, 08:30 - 10:00
Free
During the week of Human Rights Day , we invite you to join us for an important online discussion.
The pandemic has shone a light on our impact on the planet and people. In one way or another, all of us have been affected by this. At this event, we’ll take a business perspective to the social impact the pandemic has had. Changing forms of work, inequality and the growing influence of digitalisation are just a few examples of the challenges that companies face.
- How can organisations and corporations successfully adapt to these challenges?
- Do businesses benefit from addressing these issues economically?
At this thematic event, we will consider social issues that are relevant to Swiss companies and their supply chains, for example:
- Living wages
- Gender equality
- Why addressing social inequality is vital to tackle climate change
Join us for this inspiring event to learn from people working on these issues and make new connections with like-minded people from across different sectors!
