Workshop: Five Steps to Engage your Employees with Sustainability

5th May 2022, 17:30 - 20:00

Pictures   Presentation

On May 5th where we presented and discussed five ways to inspire and empower employees on the topic of sustainability.

Many companies are investing huge amounts in external messaging about sustainability without looking internally and bringing their own workforce on board. Nowadays, your employees & co-workers are highly knowledgeable and expect more. Companies across the globe are evidencing employees leaving their jobs in search of more purpose, inspiration, alignment and authenticity.

Employees are increasingly committed to creating social and sustainable impact and are pushing their employers to follow suit. Genuinely sustainable companies will attract and retain the top talent. The rest will risk employees voting with their feet for an employer that gives them a sense of purpose.

In addition, recent years have been a turbulent time for employees and corporations amidst the pandemic. Many employees are disengaging and struggling for work-life balance.

Engaging your employees on the topic of sustainability should therefore be a top priority for any company. The good news is that it is easier than what you might think!

Years of working with companies across the globe have shown the two founders of BELIEVE Partners, Rebecca Berlinger and Natascha Lander, that many companies find it challenging to inspire, motivate and empower their employees on sustainability issues. Both Natascha and Rebecca have over 20 years of experience supporting companies to overcome their challenges and implement the right solutions.
